The RVC Animal Care Trust charity does remarkable work for animal care, through clinical hospitals, research and educating the next generation of vets. We helped in their outreach for Legacy donors, which requires sensitivity and care in approach. It was a fantastic process involving focus groups, questionnaires and discovery sessions with the ACT team and their wonderful donors.
